IV Review:

                 BOOK REVIEW
HOW TO SPEAK?
HOW TO LISTEN?

     I took the book because I got fascinated about the title.  It is very
informative book.  I used SQR3 to read this book where normally I wont
do.  I am really trying hard to be good listener and more conscious
about my words.  My HOM is becoming stronger.
