review on HOM session

I am rewriting this, as I havent understood it. Trying to put down my thoughts to understand better.

 
1. How do I become aware of my habit of mind ? How do i change it , to my advantage ?
 
One of the checkpoint of being aware of ur thinking pattern can be when I am feeling negative.
Reflect on my thought process, do metacongnitive thinking, reflect on the whole incidence.
Check what directions r u thinking in? Check what ur habit of mind then ?
 
Find out how do I use my thought process in unpleasant situations. What are the different thinking pattern that I exhibit in different situations? Even in situations which are pleasant. Find which one do u prefer mostly?
Find out which one helps me more.
Reflet on ur thing patterns each time, modify them to ur advantage. Think on ur thinking patterns. Use all thinking skills on ur thinking process.
