One thing I have realised while doing grp activities :

 

Its also form a circle time, though very small circle. 

I realized that, the moment Ratnesh says, do this in grp, we just sit together and I just start pouring in whatever came to my mind immidiately.

Its importnat that when we work in grp, before I jump in and start putting my ideas forward, sit back, give little time to every member to think for a while. Because the moment I start talking too soon, thats stopping other person's thinking process even before it has started.

 Everyone's ideas should be listened to. Even if I havent come up with an idea right now, but i have already thought something abt it.

While discussing, one input from ur team members may sparkle an idea then.

Before giving directly activity, its helpful to explain ur thought behind it. It helps u to build the activity better, also it helps other team members to add on to it, build on it more.

 

And be aware that there is bigger circle too , that ur small circle is part of. Its so important that u listen to other subcircle's ideas even before ur turn and after ur turn. Even after Aditi pointed this out earlier, I found myself doing it again today.
