Football Coach

During the practice sessions, i would not comment on
his failures and instead focus on what he's doing
right during the sessions (without overdoing it). If
he shows disappointment in his performance, then i
would treat it lightly, letting him know that we all
go through ups and downs, and state that i have faith
in him. Perhaps remind of the times that he had done
fantastic penalty kicks to remind him that he is
capable.

If he asks me for suggestions on how to improve his
performance, then i'd suggest that he take a day off
and use it to do anything but practice football.
