REVIEW


REVIEW  ABOUT TALK YOUR FEELING

     Respect, Discipline, Feeling - very useful sessions.  Most of
the time I keep my feelings myself which continues for days without
any improvement and affects everything around me.  But I feel better
I won't carry it.  I need lot of time to put in words without affecting
others.  During the session I was thinking whether my son's will understand
it, started trying it.  I took an example of Iritating.  Every time I shouted them
you are iritating me which won't make any change.  They continue their
iritating work(For me).  But now When I say I am getting iritated of  your
particular action, they are immediately saying sorry and they stop it.

     The same I felt when a  I was going through Ratnesh mail about
Adult Kids.
