A . One sand activity that one can do with children -  think of something  innovative (not like make a castle :-(

 

Foot prints and finger prints in the sand. On sand make your footprints / hand imprints and make designs, decorations around it..

 

A birthday party in sand - for the childs favourite toy. Where everything is made of sand

 

 B  One innovative (pref junk material - eg caps of  bottle/ medicine  dispenser) that can be used as a sand toy by kids -  Do remember to add few ideas of how to  use it.

 

One of the local trees has this nice long dried fruit. It can be used so nicely to dig, pat or shape sand.

There are these "jellies" which we get - like of the brand cocoon. My daughter loves the jelly and we store the cup in which it comes as a sandtoy, it has nice grooves and makes pretty shapes

Old toothbrushes can be used to pat sand, as props on sand

Coconut shells for digging..

 

 C . One group game  children can play which is specific to SAND

 

Treasure hunt - hide something in sand and ask the other team to find it...

Not innovative, but how about kabaddi

 

Draw an animal on sand - say Trinannimal - Each person can draw one triangle in each turn and together they should make an animal. Can vary the shape or the animal
