[9ttt] FW: invitation to be part of OTT

Hi, As you are aware that we are starting Online train the trainer - in our
attempt to reach out to more people.
This whole initiative is very exciting.

Online TTT (and actually even the next batch of classroom TTT) will have
three parts:

>. Classroom training
>>. Pre and post session assignments
>>>. Practicals.

You can be part of this initiative in the following three ways:

A. Help setup, design and prepare the whole program - (open to all TTT
participants) - more details below.
B. Take the role of Mentors, guiding the participants - this will be online
commenting on assignments, guiding them to clearer learning and responding
to queries of participants (currently open to either geniekids faculty
members or TrC participants)
C. Take the live sessions (currently open to only TrC participants)

More details on option 1 : Help setup, design and prepare the whole program

This will require:
1. Research on net and find more reference material - reading material,
presentations, audio and video files - for a particular topic (say you find
more meaningful stuff related to beliefs, or thinking skills, or HOM or
using music in learning .... etc.
2. Design exercises and assignments participants do before coming into a
particular session - this could be "questions" on the session topic, case
studies or situations to which they respond, (a kind of what will you do
if....) things they experiment with children, or other adults, or with
themselves (eg: watch how people use "BUT" and what it does to others.....
), things they make or create - (eg: each participant records how will they
tell a story using the voice of a chai-wala or a politician - we may give a
sample here and give each participant a specific role to use......) or make
a puppet of a snake or tortoise only using paper clips (constraint for
creativity)....., or maybe create power points or video or audio files as
assignments.......
3. Design exercises and assignments participants do after the session -
similar to (2) above.
Obviously you will need to do research before you design for 2 and 3 above

The attached word file gives a sample design sheet for a session.
The attached excel file gives a list of topics for TTT, from which you can
choose and start working on

All the above work is to be and can be done easily from home - so you may
need to come to geniekids only for discussion with me - if required.
