We are looking for two facilitators to join our Khoj team for 08-09 academic
session.

What you will be doing:

1.CONDUCTING SESSION Take change of one group of KHOJ children for the full
year which means conduct sessions for them from June to march
2. DESIGN: Upgrade session design for every month and take other design
responsibilities related to the KHOJ program

Your Commitment
1. Training in Jan-Mar 08 - you will come to Khoj preschool and act like a
volunteer and co facilitate the session with the current facilitator. This
will be your direct training.
2. You will be given you own group starting June 08 and thereafter you will
be independently working your group till March 09. You will be remunerated
from June onwards.
3. Timings: Monday to Friday - come to geniekids by 8:45 and leave by 2pm
(rest of the work - mostly designing - as req - from home)

One way of looking at this is to consider this as an excellent opportunity
to learn how to run a pre-school - so if you are planning to start a
preschool - this is a good way to get loads of experience.
